Problem:
Local Scope issues still recurring even after Updater 1. Have sent email to Product team, and bug is verified by many CF experts including Ray Camden independently.
Method:
See URL with Zip File. Create a dummy dsn called "GN" to anywhere. The DSN does not query, just used for illustration of the bug. Run index.cfm. See test output. You can click on the files in that test output to see they run fine independently, however when put through a cfc include, they fail in some cases. This is a major issue for frameworks folks, as it break major functionality. The file is a small 3k file.
