Problem:
In previous versions of CF, when you ran cfdump a request variable was created. This variable was used to prevent the re-output of CSS/JS for future cfdumps on the page. In recent versions of CF (not sure when it changed) this is no longer used. Every dump outputs the CSS/JS. That's fine- but the request variable is still being created. CF shouldn't add stuff to the Request scope if it doesn't need to.
Method:
Do a dump, then dump the request scope, and you can see the new variable added by cfdump.
