Problem:

When disabling VFS via CF admin ram is not released back to server.  Also, any files in VFS prior to disabling remain and are not deleted.

The fix for this bug is available in the pre-release build of ColdFusion 11 Update 5 and ColdFusion 10 Update 16

Verified this is fixed in CF11 Update 5 (build 11,0,05,293506). getVFSMetadata("ram").used now returns 0 after disabling/re-enabling VFS. Thanks!, -Aaron
