I think this is a great idea. Not only would it have built-in security, but it would have automatic cleanup. I think the idea of server, application, and request are great. Session-based ram files, not sure sure about that one.

I think there's good sense in having more granularity for VFS support.. Maybe something along the lines of: [code] myAppVfs = new Vfs(isolation="application"); fileWrite("myAppVfs:///myFile.dat", data); [/code] ? -- Adam
