The cfspreadsheet tag is no longer reading a simple csv file from disk and instead is throwing the error.

Result:
When trying to read in a simple csv file (keywords from Google Webmasters Tools), an error message of "Your InputStream was neither an OLE2 stream, nor an OOXML stream " is shown. This was not present in the last beta.
