Problem:
I want to run cfthread in Application Scope.
We can create threads via CFTHREAD. But threads are executed in Request Scope. And only the request thread can control the threads.
If we could execute threads which are independent from request thread, we can do more various thing.
for example, sending FlexMessages to EventGateway without request. The request from client program just add task queues.
Current CFTHREAD are expired around four hours or at Client Variables Purge sometimes.
