Problem:

We need the ability to explicitly manage which IP addresses are granted access to a developer edition of ColdFusion. A repurposing of the debugging IP manager would be perfect and hopefully cheap.

this would be fantastic. keep it on the same subnet or limit to just one or two IP's. testing and development from true servers/development environments would be phenomenal.

Seems like it should be easy to do, and would save having to restart the CF service to clear out current IP settings. Mostly a big help when testing an app from various user PC configurations.

This would be pretty useful - having to dig around for the file that contains the 'locked' IP addresses and clear it is a bit of a pain.

I'd like to vote on this as long as the functionality that is there today remains. So, If no IP addresses are defined, the first two incoming IP addresses that hit the box will take those slots. Allow us to "clear" the IP address via admin and/or define our own.
