Problem:
Create Calendar Gateway Type for MS Exchange
I would like to see a gateway type that can connect to an Exchange server.
This gateway could check for new calendar events since the last time the gateway checked the mailbox.
In the example of Exchange, we should be able to have it check a particular folder. However, it should default to the "Calendar" folder.
