Problem:

I would like a way to execute a scheduled task from a dos command line, so other programs and such could execute tasks.

Example:
C:\>cftask.exe [-r RUN] [-d DELETE] [other scheduling options] [-e export] [taskname]

c:\>cftask -r CleanUpFolders -e c:\foldercleanuplog.html

One used to be able to run CFML from the commandline via CFML.EXE. It's been a loss to CF that it was dropped. It'd be good to bring it back. About once every six months I go "oh, if only I could run this from a command line...", so it's a real-world feature.
