Problem:

THe new caching system should allow for one cache to kill another when it times out. Imagine 3 caches - 2 'child' caches and one parent. The parent could be a list of categories. The 2 child caches the data for each category. By some process we add a new category. We then kill the parent cache. If the two child caches could use dependsOn (or a new attribute) then the system would automatically kill them when the parent was updated.

does make sense when parent-object killed from cache then child-objects also be cleared
