Problem:
Add the group attribute support to cfloop.
Method:
1) write a query
2) have the desire to process groupings of data in a query differently than specifics of those groupings of data in a query.
3) Use cfloop to loop over query
4) Write annoying if statements to check if the last row's grouping field was different than the current row
5) Smack head*, use cfoutput even though you have no desire to output things to a screen
*Smacking one's head is entirely optional and not recommended if you have a soft head, or are a very powerful smacker
