<p>This error I'm getting in ColdFusion2016</p>
<p>foundĀ  below error in coldfusion-error file.</p>

Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.</p>
<p>Can someone tell the root cause.</p>

I'm not sure what the issue is. I can't tell what your operating system is. I can not understand what steps you have taken to debug this already to get to the point where you are copying and paste some/all of a log file The log starts "shutdown received". Have you checked for cron / scheduled tasks that could restarting the daemon ?
