"Always" the "best" option? That seems over-the-top, tbh. I think the arguments could have been made just as effectively--but without prejudicing the reader--if the title had said "often", instead. Even if some would contend with that, you'd have been making the case, which they could disagree with. But saying "always" really diminishes the power of the argument, out of the starting gate. Just one reader's opinion, of course. And I do appreciate otherwise the points you are making
