Problem Description: When a file is locked by another user in source control, CF Builder 2016 will let me open and modify the file instead of giving a warning stopping me from opening it.
Steps to Reproduce: Have your co-worker lock a file in your source control system. Open the file through the CF Builder 2016 IDE, modify the file and save it.
Actual Result:
Expected Result: The CF Builder 2016 IDE should stop me from opening the file.
