Problem: String "error" comes up in english in the PhoneGap status dialog if a build fails
Method:
1. Generate a phonegap build for ios without certificate.
2. The build will fail. Observe the PhoneGap status dialog
Result:
String "error" appears in English
Expected:
It should be localized
