Problem Description:
Unable to update maximum number of simultaneous template requests.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to CF Admin > Request Tuning > Update Maximum number of simultaneous template requests field.
Actual Result:
Try to update the value and it won't save. It just reverts back to the previous value.
Expected Result:
The value entered should be saved in the UI.
Any Workarounds:
