Right now, if a blog post (or question) has many comments, and replies to those comments, it can be hard to see all of them at once (such as if we want to search for text we know is covered in some comment).
To be clear, the "load more" button at the bottom of any long list of comments does NOT do this. It lists all top-level comments, yes. But it does not then expand each of those to see its replies.
