Problem Description:
<cfhtmltopdf>
- Will not pdf form fields. It does a reasonable job with HTML, but not HTML that includes a form.
<cfdocument>
- Will encode form fields (except selects), but will blow up when a input statement is type="file":
<input class="entryx" id="Photo" name="Photo" onkeypress="return noEnter(event)" size="40" type="file" value="" />
Sort of leaves one with an incomplete solution.
