Problem: CF Autolock down not able to complete if Add-on, ODBC services are not installed.
Method: If we install ColdFusion 2018 without the Add-on, ODBC and .NET services, we will not be able to install the Autolock down in Windows.
- It is looking for these services and if it doesn't find it. It is failing to complete.
Result: it is failing to install Auto lockdown.
Expected: It should work as we are giving options to NOT install these components.
Workaround: Install these components.
