Problem Description: Url is not working on CFChart once we set show3d attribute to yes.
Steps to Reproduce: set show3d = yes on cfchart and provide url to which we want to open on the click on image generated. Type of the chart is pie and format is jpg.
Actual Result: Url should work but its not on the click of the chart. Infact href attribute is miissing from the <area> tag which is generated dynamically by cfchart engine.
Expected Result: Url should be working.
