Issue: three ORM Logging doc issues:
1) Under the "Defining logsql in ormsettings" bullet, "application.cfc" should be "Application.cfc"
2) Under the "Using log4J.properties" bullet, "control its logging including SQL by modifying" should be "control its logging, including SQL, by modifying" (missing the 2 commas)
3) The doc should clarify if both methods (ormsettings & log4j.properties) can be used simultaneously or not.
Regarding #3, suggested wording: "Note: You can use the ormsettings and log4J.properties logging methods simultaneously." -OR- "Note: You can use the ormsettings or log4J.properties logging method, but not both simultaneously."
Regarding #3, I'm not sure where to place the suggested wording. Perhaps at the bottom of the doc? It'd be confusing to place it between the bulleted list and the log4j.properties sample snippet.
