Problem:
APIM admin server domain URL/SOAP proxy feature: support for multiple domains.

issue 1:
The user specifies a domain URL in admin > server. Now it is possible that the domain name in the URL is addressable with different domains name.
If the consumer specifies a domain name that is not the one registered as the domain URL in the admin, the request resulted in error (503 err).
issue 2:
If an APIM set up is fronted by a load balancer exposed to subscribers over HTTPS. And the communication b/w APIM and Application server is HTTP.
