Problem Description: CF auto-update feature allows for the CF server to communicate to Adobe CF servers and alert the adminiistrator when an update is available. Often times prod servers cannot talk to the internet directly so they need proxy server settings.

The JVM offers global proxy settings but this is to broad and will affect other applications.

All scheduled tasks in the CFAdmin have uniques proxy settings including server port username and password. So it would seem the code exists to support unique proxy settings.

The ColdFusion auto-update feature should support this same communication the same way a scheduled task communicates outbound thru a proxy.

The global settings should not have to be used.

Steps to Reproduce:
NA
Actual Result:
Auto update is not usable
Expected Result:
Production systems often need to manual processes for updates.
Any Workarounds:
Use global JVM proxy settings, but this will interfere with all applications.
