Problem:
CF2016 installer should detect if the system has existing CF9 installation .
Steps :
install CF9 on windows 7
In the same machine install CF2016 . ( Note : There should not be CF10 , CF11 on the machine )
o/p : cf9settings is not created in ColdFusion2016/cfusion/lib folder
Expected :
As we are supporing wizard migration from CF9 as well , the installer should dump neo-*.xml files of CF9 into ColdFusion2016/cfusion/lib/cf9settings and corresponding attribute should be made true in ColdFusion2016/cfusion/lib/adminconfig.xml
