Problem:
unable to disable custom logging by using disable button
Method:
-Create a custom log called myAppLog

text="logging successful">
-Disable logging in cf administrator - Debugging & Logging > Log Files
Result:
-The logs are still generated
Expected:
The log generation must be disabled
