On the Font Management page, I entered this path:

/Users/raymondcamden/Downloads/HomemadeApple.ttf

Clicked Add, and I got this error:

Unable to add font '/Users/raymondcamden/Downloads/HomemadeApple.ttf'. Your path must be a valid absolute path. Acceptable paths are:

C:\myfonts\ C:\myfonts\tahoma.ttf
C:\myfonts\gulim.ttc
/opt/myfonts/
/opt/myfonts/tahoma.ttf
/opt/myfonts/gulim.ttc

Acceptable font extensions are:

TTF (True Type Font)
TTC (True Type Collection)
AFM (Adobe Font Metrics)
Platform, Locale, and Platform Name must not be null

There are multiple issues here.

1) The first two path examples are missing a line break between them.
2) The very last line isn't a font extension. It seems like an error for something else.
3) Despite this error, I see my font in User Defined Fonts.
