Problem Description: Server Manager and Multiserver monitor are completely unusable due to disabled concurrent logins even after enabling Separate user/pass auth.
Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to set up multiple instances in either server manager, or multiserver monitor
Actual Result: Only one instance from each physical server can be logged into at one time
Expected Result: Multiple servers can be administered or monitored at the same time
Any Workarounds:None. Enabling separate users/passwords only enable concurrent logins when using separate browsers
