Problem Description: When running the apache connector after install, I get a "Could not determine apache connector version" in the Connector log.
Steps to Reproduce: Install Ubuntu 13.10 64 bit, then apt-get apache2, install CF, set Apache connectors to /etc/apache2, /usr/sbin/apache2 and /usr/sbin/apache2ctl
Actual Result: Error on startup and on running the apache connector manually
Expected Result: Successful connector integration w/ apache
