Problem Description: same as Bug 3324121. The fix helped but now at some random number of logs rolls it stops logging and
Steps to Reproduce: Just wait until a couple of archive files are produced. The next file will be created and will remain 0 bytes and never grow even weeks later. Sometimes it take 2 archive files...sometimes it takes 5, but inevitably it will stop. Also "error" and "out" don't always stops at the same number of archives. They can be different even on the same server. I have hotfix 11 on all my servers and updated the web connector
Actual Result: Logging stops for those two files only after X amount of archives are created for them.
Expected Result: Logging would never stop.
Any Workarounds:CF restart works for a while until it happens again.
