CF Admin (for non-cfusion instances) throws an exception when attempting to delete an ODBC data source.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) In cfusion instance, create an ODBC data source (necessary step due to bug #3492580)
2) In non-cfusion instance, create same ODBC data source
3) In non-cfusion instance, attempt to delete same ODBC data source
Actual Result: Exception thrown and data source is not deleted
Expected Result: No error and data source is deleted
