Problem: In Admin UI, prompt which shows up for instances during hot-fix installation doesnt contain check box for "Select All" option.
Method: Install and uninstall CH4 and then re-install the same through Admin UI . During this installation, the alert box which shows the list of CF instances for which hotfix needs to be configured is prompted. This alert box does not contain check box for “Select All” option.
