Problem:
While installing hotfix from ColdFusion administrator, sometimes multiple installation invocations happens sometimes.
This doesn't happens every time.
Method:
Result: Sometimes multiple invocations of installer takes place. due to which sometimes Coldfusion server stop but doesn't start.
Expected: There must be only single installation invocation for particular hotfix
