Problem Description: The data-tips when hovering over the new HTML5 pie charts in Google Chrome has an issue. A hover box shows and as you move the mouse the box moves but the number representing the total for that pie slice remains static.
Steps to Reproduce: Create a pie-chart and hover over a slice with the mouse using Google Chrome.
Actual Result: the data tip is hidden or doesn't show (or moves around and is not easily visible)
Expected Result: the pie chart data tip hover should work as it does in IE and Firefox
