Problem Description: eventhandler causes an exception every time the CFC is created or modified
Steps to Reproduce: create or edit a scheduled task's eventhandler CFC. The first time you run it (after created or edited) causes an error saying that the file doesn't exist. Run it again and it works.
Actual Result:
Expected Result: No error should happen :)
Any Workarounds: Run it a second time and it works.
