Problem:
If a entity contains relationships to other entities, cfdump can become unresponsive due to the basic _size_ of the output. So for example, I've got a Group entity that contains Members. Mambers can contain Groups too. If you dump this the output could be huge. There is a TOP option, but it is a bit too blunt. It would be nice if there was an attribute to 'summarizeEntities' - this would show a simple summary of an internal entity and not a full dump. To be clear - if you are dumping an object and it is an entity, cfdump should show evereything. I'm talking about supressing any entities _within_ that object.
