Problem:
On CF 9 Standard, the CF Admin page for "Server Monitoring" does not list a link to start the Server Manager, though the ServerManager is supported for Standard.It is listed on the Server Monitoring" page in Enterprise/Developer edition.The problem seems to be that while on Standard that page traditionally indicated that the Server Monitor is not supported, it was not updated when CF9 added the Server Manager.
