Problem:
When I set a password during install that uses special case characters (TestP@$$w0rd), I am not able to login after the install completes and wants to perferm the last configuration changes. If I use a simple password then everything works fine.
Method:
1. launch CF9 enterprise installation, 2. select a password for the Admin and RDS Admin of TestP@$$w0rd,3. complete the install and launch the final configuration,4. attempt to login and it fails and re-display's the login screen again...
Result:
