Problem:
ColdFusion is using HTTPS and it is not configured properly to trust itself. So <cfdocument> can not send a https request to itself.Images /css's are not fetched if they are reachable via HTTPSHere's a workaround posted back in 2006.http://coldfused.blogspot.com/2006/09/workaround-for-cfdocument-missing_19.html
