Problem:
[ANeff] Bug for: jrun_iis6_wildcard.dll on IIS7 blocks static file requests (html|jpg|doc|etc), for directories which utilize "disable script permission" feature.Related thread: https://prerelease.adobe.com/r/?3d1ab85ef28d45a6a50af694e0c96281Marked as "Crashes my server", b/c it prevents my use of CF 9.0.1 in production.

For IIS7 both in IIS 6 Mode& IIS7 Mode, When script permissions are disabled, images are not getting loaded.
Method:
1.Add CF handlers.
2.Dis able script permissions .
3.Put an image in the iis web root in some directory.
4.Access the image from the iis website.
5.Image will not be shown.
6.If you enable script this image can be shown.
7.With static file handler disabling the script is not causing the probelm for this image loading.
