Problem:

Changing file/path settings on a CF9 security sandbox blows up CF, requiring a service restart
Method:

After upgrading a CF8 installation (with sandboxes defined) to CF9 (with Hotfix 1), any change to a file/path setting in any of the security sandboxes causes CF9 to fail on any subsequent web page hits with an error.  The CF service must be restarted to restore normal operation to all sandboxes/apps.
