Problem:
Event handler CFC is cached and not refreshed even after ApplicationStop(). Currently only a server restart would pick up the changes in event handler CFC, which slows down the development a lot.It'd be a great enhancement if the Event handler CFC can be refreshed after ApplicationStop().
