[ANeff] ER for: cfquery/cfcache integration (<cfquery cacheID="PassedThruAsID" cachedWithin="PassedThruAsTimespan"). If "cacheID" is specified in cfquery, then use cfcache for object's storage. Also, if "cacheID" AND "cachedWithin" are both specified in cfquery, then use cachedWithin value as cfcache's "timeSpan".
