Problem:

[ANeff] Bug for: .car deply error restoring datasources. I thought this was corrected in GMC2. It still occurs when deploying a GMC2 .car to official CF9 release. Since GMC2 and official CF9 release had same build number, then the issue still exists. This was previously discussed in the forums here: https://prerelease.adobe.com/r/?f5c9d352196440b28ae4d3b37b4814ed.In that thread, I'd written:===========Was a bug. No longer a bug. GMC1 apparently was not adding the datasources into the .car correctly. For extra measure, I verified these do work:- deploying CF8 .car to GMC2 (datasources are successfully added to GMC2)- deploying GMC2 .car to clean GMC2 install (datasources are successfully added to GMC2)Only issue seems to be deploying GMC1 .car to GMC2 .car. So, really a non-issue. ===========However, seeing as how I get this error when going from GMC2 to final version.. there is still a problem. It occurs almost all of the time, but I'm not confident that I have a 100% reproducible case. It is certainly frustrating to have to manually add all these datasources in! But, nonetheless, I'm still filing as "It happens pretty often, but not always".
Method:

Create .car file in standalone GMC2 on 64-bit Windows 2008 w/ MSSQL datasources (w/ Max Pooled Statements set to 100). Deploy this .car file into standalone of official CF9 release.
Result:

"Error","jrpp-4","12/08/09","22:37:44",,"Error occurred while updating datasources:myDSN""Error","jrpp-4","12/08/09","22:37:44",,"For input string: ""100.0"""(this repeats for all datasources)
