Problem:
Not really an error but more of a UI complaint. The if background color first off should only effect the color of the panel component OR the background color of the file upload ui, not both. Either make it change one or the other or have a bgcolor attribute and a panelbgcolor attribute.. Also why not include a stylesheet attribute.
