CFGIRDROWINDEX column is shown on the grid by default when using <cfgrid query="someQueryObject">
Method:
<cfgrid query="someQueryObject">see output, it has CFGIRDROWINDEX column shown even though someQueryObject does not have such column.
Result:
<cfgrid query="#someQuery"> shows CFGRIDROWINDEX by defaultcontext menu shows column unchecked, but still shown
