Problem:
In the ColdFusion 9 Developer Reference on Page 250, the section on Caching parts of ColdFusion Pages needs to be updated to reflect the changes to caching page fragments in ColdFusion 9. The current section incorrectly advises using the cfsavecontent tag to store the page fragment, then placing it in the appication scope. The section needs to be updated to discuss the new fragment caching available in CF 9. In fact, the whole section on Optimizing ColdFusion applications (page 249 - 252) needs to be overhauled to discuss all of the new caching options in ColdFusion 9.
