Problem:
Specifying tabheight for cflayout causes tab area to have a vertical scrollbar. The tab content can be scrolled down by a few pixels. This bug is new to Public Beta, and worked fine with Beta 2.
Method:
Create a simple tab layout, specifying tabheight for the cflayout tag.
