Problem:
Bug for: cfexchangefilter attribute combination error message is missing a comma.
Method:
If one of these combinations of attributes is used:
<cfexchangefilter name="startTime" value="#someValue#" /> or <cfexchangefilter name="endTime" value="#someValue#" />
The error thrown is:
"Valid combination for this attribute is name,fromto"
Note that "fromto" should be "from,to" (there needs to be a comma between from & to)
