Problem:
#1)
I was able to use the AIR based client to connect to a CF8 machine, but couldn't get any details from it. If the SM is only going to support CF9, it should validate than when setting up the server connection.
#2)
When the CF server that the client trying to add is 'Standard Edition' then it should throw an error that 'Server Manager functionality is available only for enterprise servers.'
(This behaviour would be similar to #1)
For both cases fix should be covering, servers even below CF8 also(Say,CF7&CF6)
JustForInfo:Only After confirming the server edition ,getHeartbeat function may be called(This avoids exceptions for Standard edition on server console)
