Problem:
[NIO] ColdFusion should ship with a NIO solution for messaging. Right now messaging in BlazeDS doesn't support NIO endpoints while LCDS (even Express version) provides a side server container to provide NIO endpoints. The same server should be available for those who want to deploy CF exclusively with BlazeDS and still be able to use NIO LongPolling and NIO Streaming HTTP Endpoints so it can serve thousands of concurrent users instead of a few hundreds.
